With over 19 years in the hospitality industry Annalisa Suarez has crafted a career defined by bold flavors, unforgettable experiences and unapologetic originality. Born and raised in Reno, Nevada, she got her start helping in her family’s restaurant before quickly climbing the ranks in some of the region’s most acclaimed establishments from the Atlantis Casino Resort, Eldorado Casino to Pignic Pub & Patio.

Today, she is the creative force behind 10 Torr Distilling & Brewing’s award-winning cocktail program and ready to drink canned beverages. Whether developing Amaro or designing immersive themed experiences like WinTorrLand, Annalisa’s work blurs the line between science, art and pure vibe.

A three time “Best Bartender of the Year” in Reno and a fierce competitor in cocktail competitions, she’s known for drinks that tell stories and for mentoring others to do the same.

She’s also a strongwoman who’s literally lifted cars, a lover of Negronis and Tequila, a firm believer that hospitality is both a gift and a calling.
