Ingredients
A batched Martini, ready to pour, stir and serve! You’ll need a 750ml Bottle with a Screw Cap for this one.
13.5oz of 10 Torr Vacuum Distilled Gin
6.75oz 10 Torr Vacuum Distilled Vodka
5oz of Lillet Blanc
Lemon Twist Garnish
Technique
Combine all ingredients into a measuring cup and pour the mixture into your bottle with a funnel. Put it into your freezer to chill for a couple of hours, take it out and measure 3.75oz to pour into a mixing glass, add a hefty scoop of ice, stir it for 15 revolutions, then use a julep strainer to pour it into a chilled Martini glass. Garnish it by twisting thin lemon peel over the top of the drink so you get that nice lemon zest, then drop the peel into the drink. Keep the bottle in your freezer for your next martini!
