Ingredients
1.5oz of 10 Torr Habanero Jalapeno Vodka
1.5oz Watermelon juice
.25oz Lillet Rose
Absinthe Rinse
Sprinkle of Fleur De Sel and 3oz of Sparkling Rose’ Wine
Technique
Using a large Stemmed or Stemless Wine Glass build this cocktail right in the glass. Add the Absinthe to the glass and swirl it to coat the glass, discard any leftover liquid. Measure and pour all liquid ingredients into your glass and sprinkle with the salt, then lightly stir. Add a scoop of ice and top with the Sparkling Rose’. Garnish it with a dehydrated or Fresh Lemon wheel.
