Ingredients
2oz of 10 Torr Vacuum Distilled Grand Reserve Port Finished Whiskey
.50oz 10 Torr Coffee Liqueur
3 Dashes Orange Bitters
Flame an Orange Peel and Garnish with an orange twist
Technique
Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass, add a hefty scoop of ice, stir it for 20 revolutions, then use a julep strainer to pour it over a large ice cube in a Double Old Fashioned or Bucket Glass. Flame an Orange peel over the top of the cocktail, discard the flamed peel, then garnish with a fresh orange twist and serve.
