Ingredients
2oz of 10 Torr Jett’s Reserve Aged Rum
25oz Giffard Banane Du Bresil Banana Liqueur
.125oz Madagascar Vanilla Bean Maple Syrup (we like Crown Maple’s version)
4 Drops Elemakule Tiki Bitters
2 Drops Angostura Bitters.
Technique
Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass, add a hefty scoop of ice, stir it for 20 revolutions, then use a julep strainer to pour it over a large ice cube in a Double Old Fashioned or Bucket Glass. Flame an Orange peel over the top of the cocktail, discard the flamed peel, then garnish with a fresh lemon peel disc and serve.
