Ingredients
2oz of 10 Torr Jett’s Reserve Aged Rum
.75oz Fresh Lime Juice
.75oz Passionfruit Syrup (we love Liquid Alchemist Passionfruit Syrup!)
.25oz Turbinado Simple Syrup
Fresh or Dried Lime Wheel Garnish.
Technique
Combine all ingredients into the larger side of your weighted shaker tin set, fill the small side of the weighted shaker tin with ice. Shake vigorously for 8 Seconds, to mix the cocktail together. Uncap the tin and use a Hawthorne strainer to pour through a fine mesh strainer to capture any ice chips into a chilled Coupe Glass. Garnish with a fresh or dried lime wheel.
