Method
The method used for this cocktail is called milk washing or milk punch. Start by mixing the milk and lemon in a container with a lid. Add the Licor 43, the Coffee Liqueur and the vodka. Mix them all together. Then add the Espresso/Cold Brew at the end. The milk and lemon will, causing it to curdle. Put the container into your fridge for 15 minutes. In a new container, use a fine strainer, then add a coffee filter on top of the fine strainer. Slowly pour your mix through the filter and strainer into the pitcher. The mixture will slowly start dripping into the pitcher as a golden and clear liquid. You may need to use a clean filter and repeat this process a couple of times to get it clearer. Now funnel the mixture into a 750ml bottle and store it in your fridge. It should not separate so there is no need to shake the bottle up.
Technique
Pour 3.75oz to pour into a mixing glass, add a hefty scoop of ice, stir it for 15 revolutions, then use a julep strainer to pour it over a large ice cube in a Double Old Fashioned or Bucket Glass. Garnish it with 3 Coffee Beans on the center of the ice cube and serve.
