Jamie Evans serves as Chief Executive Officer of 10 Torr Distilling & Brewing, where she leads the company's strategic growth, financial performance, and expansion across both its award-winning beverage portfolio and retail distribution. Having previously served as Chief Financial Officer, Jamie played a key role in strengthening the company's financial foundation and positioning 10 Torr for its next stage of growth.

A Nevada native, Jamie brings a unique blend of entrepreneurial, financial, and consumer retail expertise. Before joining 10 Torr, she worked with Evans Sales Group, partnering with footwear manufacturers throughout Europe to develop products for the U.S. market. She collaborated with leading national retailers including Nordstrom, Dillard's, and Zappos, helping build brand presence, strengthen retail partnerships, and drive profitable growth. Her work also took her across the United States and internationally, including Australia, supporting the expansion of multiple consumer brands.

At 10 Torr, Jamie combines her passion for business development with a commitment to innovation, quality, and exceptional customer experiences. Under her leadership, the company continues to expand distribution beyond Nevada while earning recognition for its distinctive vacuum-distilled spirits, precision-crafted beers, and award-winning hospitality.

Jamie is focused on growing the 10 Torr brand while preserving the creativity, craftsmanship, and pioneering spirit that have defined the company since its founding.

Thomas Lee, a seasoned brewer and distiller, has been immersed in the craft beverage industry for over 15 years. Born in Tallahassee, Florida, he moved to Reno, Nevada, at the age of nine. With a degree in Culinary Arts, Thomas began his career as an assistant kitchen manager at Great Basin Brewing Company, where he discovered his passion for craft beer. Determined to learn the art of brewing, he dedicated his days off to working in the brewery for free—an experience that eventually led to a full-time position as a lead brewer at Great Basin’s production facility.

Seeking new challenges, Thomas took on the role of Head Brewer at Bull Island Brewing Company in Hampton, Virginia, where he played a key role in building the brewery from the ground up. However, his love for home brought him back to the Reno/Tahoe area, where he expanded his expertise into craft distilling. For the past five years, he has been an integral part of 10 Torr Distilling and Brewing, honing his skills in both brewing and distilling.

Thomas is known for his positive energy, deep passion for his craft, and unwavering dedication to producing high-quality beverages. His enthusiasm is contagious—just one conversation with him, and it’s clear that he truly loves what he does.

With over 15 years in the hospitality industry, Trevor brings a deep well of experience and passion to 10 Torr as our Director of Brand Advocacy. As the founder and operator of five successful food and beverage establishments in Reno, he has specialized in front-of-house operations and beverage program development. His work as a consultant for a range of renowned national and global brands has further sharpened his expertise.

Committed to lifelong learning, Trevor has traveled extensively—both domestically and internationally—to visit breweries and distilleries, studying the diverse techniques and traditions behind brewing and distilling. This hands-on education, combined with his hospitality background and a strong network of industry relationships, makes him an invaluable asset to our team.
