Before joining 10 Torr, she refined her skills under the mentorship of an experienced bartender at a Japanese-Peruvian craft cocktail bar in Salt Lake City, where she developed a deep appreciation for unique flavor profiles and innovative mixology.
As Assistant Bar Manager, Colette thrives on creating house-made infusions and developing new, exciting menu items that showcase the exceptional spirits and beers produced at 10 Torr. She also takes pride in training new employees, sharing knowledge, and fostering a culture of creativity and hospitality behind the bar.
