Our award-winning vacuum distilled vodka comes from the finest 2-row barley malt. The same barley malt we use in our precision crafted beers. We use a house yeast to create the exact flavor profile we want. Due to the esters produced by our house yeast during fermentation and the natural barley flavor we choose to showcase, the result is a stunningly smooth spirit full of delicately balanced malty and slightly sweet notes.

Each botanical is vacuum distilled separately and then blended post distillation to ensure quality and consistency. Our vacuum distillation process allows for the true flavors of these botanicals to shine through creating a profound depth of flavor and an incredibly smooth finish.

Hand roasted coffee grounds brewed into cold brew concentrate and then blended with our award-winning vacuum distilled vodka, turbinado sugar and Madagascar vanilla beans creates this elegant liqueur. The concoction sits for about a week and is then filtered and bottled. Due to the all-natural ingredients there may be some settling so we suggest turning the bottle upside down before every pour. We think our Coffee Liqueur pairs well with your morning coffee, chocolate or cherry beverages and can make for a kickass White Russian.

Valley Of Fire

In a shaker place the following ingredients:
  • 2 oz. 10 Torr Vodka
  • ½ oz. Citrus Simple Syrup
  • 1 oz. Organic Carrot Juice
  • 1 oz. Orange Juice
  • Half rim of paprika

Using 10 Torr Habanero & Jalapeño Vodka

Amantes Picantes

In a shaker place the following ingredients:
  • 4-5 Mint Leaves
  • 1 ½ oz. Pepper Vodka
  • 1 oz. Simple Syrup
  • 1 Full Lime Squeezed
  • Tajin Rim

Using 10 Torr Gin

BLOOD ORANGE NEGRONI

  • 1oz. Gin
  • 1oz. Sweet Vermouth
  • 1oz. Campari
  • 1oz. Fresh Blood Orange

Using 10 Torr Coffee Liqueur

Mind Eraser

Build in a glass the following ingredients:  
  • 1 ½ oz. 10 Torr Vodka
  • 1 ½ oz. 10 Torr Coffee Liqueur
  • Top with Topo Chico Lime (or Regular)
