Our founders weren’t just dreamers—they were tinkerers and problem solvers. They asked, "What if we could craft beverages that preserve the delicate flavors often lost in traditional methods?" From that spark of curiosity came a groundbreaking approach: vacuum distillation. By reducing the atmospheric pressure to as low as 10 Torr (hence our name), they unlocked the potential to distill at much lower temperatures, protecting and enhancing every nuanced flavor.
The story of 10 Torr is as much about innovation as it is about flavor. Traditional distillation methods often sacrifice subtle ingredients to the harshness of heat. But our method flips the script. By lowering the boiling point, we can distill at temperatures as gentle as 70°F, compared to the scorching 190°F in typical processes.
