Our Habanero & Jalapeno Vodka is made with the finest 2-row malted barley and fresh peppers - the same barley malt we use in our precision-crafted beers. We use a house yeast to create the exact flavor profile we want, then use a vacuum process to capture the peppers’ distinctive vegetal character without the spicy heat. The result is a stunningly smooth spirit with earthy, vegetal notes of habanero and jalapeno and a balanced pepper-forward flavor. It’s especially great in a Bloody Mary or mixed into tropical cocktails featuring mango and pineapple.
