INGREDIENTS

  • 2 oz of 10 Torr Jett’s Reserve Aged Rum

  • 25 oz Giffard Banane Du Bresil Banana Liqueur

  • 0.125 oz Madagascar Vanilla Bean Maple Syrup

    • We like Crown Maple’s version

  • 4 Drops Elemakule Tiki Bitters

  • 2 Drops Angostura Bitters

Technique

Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass, add a hefty scoop of ice, stir it for 20 revolutions, then use a julep strainer to pour it over a large ice cube in a Double Old Fashioned or Bucket Glass. Flame an Orange peel over the top of the cocktail, discard the flamed peel, then garnish with a fresh lemon peel disc and serve.
